HigginsonHurst identity

HigginsonHurst are an illustration agency that represent a number of incredibly talented people. Our brief was to develop a personality for the agency that underlines how talented the illustrators are; without being overbearing in how that talent is communicated.

We started at the beginning and worked with the two directors to define the name for the agency. It had to gain the agency recognition within a very competitive market. The solution based on the two directors last names has a gravitas and sense of heritage; which feels as if it has always belonged within the creative sector landscape.

We worked with the directors to launch the agency at Somerset House as part of the Print Club London room within the 2010 Pick Me Up exhibition. The main focus of the brand personality, the logo, was worked into an A5 portfolio look book; a series of A5 postcards; various bags, stickers and badges.

Alongside a clear brand look that we have applied across most printed media; we developed a website, e-marketing and press campaign which has helped HigginsonHurst develop a firm grip within the creative sector.
